Energy Organizational Culture Project

As I was working with LPA consulting, we created a framework to implement leadership and innovation within the organizational culture of the Bolivar Davivienda Foundation. The concept our team developed was focused on renewable energies, and how their characteritics could be translated into inter and intrapersonal values. 

We devided the energies in five fundamental groups, that had specific strenghts:
 
Solar energy: Active leadership and charisma
Bio energy: Social responsability and environmental awareness
Hidraulic energy: Ability to adapt to change and flow
Magnetic energy: Ability to connect with others and create sinergies
Wind energy: Ability to work efficiently and streamline procesies
 
After delivering the concepts, we put together a three day hands-on workshop to internalize the concept and ideate strategic tactics and solution for the year based on the five core energies. We gave conferences on strategic leadership and ran a workshop on transformative innovation.
