Inspired by very flat Eastern Asian reflexology graphic design. Thin black outlines, neutral and tinted out colors, crisp vanilla typefaces and of course, the iconic Brush Script typeface. 

I screen printed it to see subtly imperfect registration of this design.

Also, Throat Chakra graphics are always all out blue! In this case, the blue is a small pop of color, just like this throat cancer diagram below.

I included an entire body figure instead of a close-up throat. 

The body figure is all blank except the for throat, implying that this body is probably part of a sequence of all 7 chakras. 

Some icons are not outlined to keep the outlined objects emphasized, and preventing from overpowering the design. 

Heavily influenced by this throat cancer diagram above. The flatness is very bold and tasteful color use.

This is the reference for the figure. I modified the body a little. 

I loved the simplicity.
