Don't Push It

PSA Poster Project
This a BYU-I Graphic Design class project. The goal was to pick topic to create public service announcement campaign with a series of three posters. The posters were had to be different but all belong together.

I choose to do my campaign on the use of phones in cars. After some research on PSA's it seemed that the most effect posters were simple and cluttered with too much stuff. I went through some brain storming and came up this idea of bleeding phone buttons. After making them up I thought maybe they were too simple so I played around with incorporating thing that bring in driving like an asphalt background and water mark tier skid marks.

In the end, super simple made for the strongest presentation of the message. Part of which I think is because the message it's self is so plan and simple. It doesn't need dressing up. It is a simple straight forward message.

This project was a lot fun the whole way through. It was hard to take myself away from the project, and I am very excited for how my campaign turned out. May favorite is the phone button.
