Идея VII Международного молодежного образовательного форума Cәләт в Билярске заключается в создании развивающей среды, объединяющей молодежь, увлеченной интеллектуальным творчеством, заинтересованной в духовном и культурном обогащении. Форум – это территория реального татарско-русского двуязычия, платформа для обмена опытом и идеями в сфере образовательных и IT-технологий, для развития личностных и профессиональных качеств, для знакомства с наиболее актуальными мировыми научно-технологичными и социальными трендами.
Впервые Форум прошел в Билярске в 1997 году в качестве фестиваля интеллектуально одаренных детей и молодежи, положив начало духовному возрождению Великого града Билярска. В 2012 году фестиваль обрел статус международного форума.
The work of the VII International Youth Educational Forum The event in Bilyarsk is to create a developing environment that unites young people who are keen on intellectual creativity and who are interested in spiritual and cultural enrichment. The forum is the territory of the real Tatar-Russian bilingualism, a platform for the exchange of experience and ideas in the field of educational and IT technologies, for the development of personal and professional qualities, for acquaintance with the most relevant world scientific and technological and social trends.
For the first time the Forum was held in Bilyarsk in 1997 as a festival of intellectually gifted children and youth, initiating the spiritual revival of the Great City of Bilyarsk. In 2012, the festival gained the status of an international forum.
В 2018 году Форум пройдет в 6 смен: Soft Skills Biler Forum, Arts Biler Forum, Selet Biler Forum, IT Biler Forum, Leaders Biler Forum и Media Biler Forum. В них примут участие 15 тысяч одаренных детей и талантливой молодежи Республики Татарстан, других регионов России, стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья.
In 2018, the Forum will be held in 6 shifts: Soft Skills Biler Forum, Arts Biler Forum, Selet Biler Forum, IT Biler Forum, Leaders Biler Forum and Media Biler Forum. 15 thousand children and youth of the Republic of Tatarstan, other regions of Russia, countries of near and far abroad will take part in them.
