These customer success stories worked in tandem with Kirchman's "You Win" campaign. For each article, I interviewed the CEO or President of one of our most successful customers (banks).

We allowed them to tell their story. Once I finished writing, they had full editorial control (although they rarely made changes). The finished articles were circulated among other customers and prospects. It was a great way for the banks to share strategies, became a source of pride to be featured, and turned many banks from mere customers into "promoters."
