Manchester Masters is a great opportunity to retain graduates of 2010 within Manchester. The 10 students picked would have a years worth experience within the Marketing Industry including four work placements and a free city centre apartment.

The application process involved creating a you tube video to promote yourself and why you would be an ideal candidate. Testing my creativity and originality my video showed all my skills in an interesting and engaging way. The interviews then took place over a two day period, where we were tested and judged on different qualities.
