MEDUZA
Floor comfort light inspired by the shape and luminescence of a body of jellyfish. The core of the lampshade is composed of plexiglass ribs with the full spectrum light bulb in the center. The bulb also contains an inbuilt air ionizator. The laser cut edges of the plexiglass pieces are purposefully positioned against the light source. The luminescent effect is created by the light reflecting of the plexiglass rims and shining though the individual ribs. The lampshade is covered in a soft fabric creating an overall warm and gentle effect of light floating through the darkness of the evening.
It is possible to use the light as a hanging one, without a stand.
