The mighty River Ganga is also the cremation ground of the Hindus. The body is wrapped in the orange cloth which has "Shree Ram" mentioned in it and then after the cremation rituals are done, the bamboo pyre is burnt. This process is called Antyesti or Antim Sanskar.
