The new idea of Life Jacket is was mainly design for the flights and cruises. From the research, many air disaster and marine perils make a lot of people lost their life. However, the essential cause is not because of drowning, instead, is because of the low temperature of the sea. Actually, many victims died because human organs gradually exhausted staying low temperature for a long time. So, I design this Life Jacket that can save the people by generate heat.

 

The principle of design is based on the chemical reaction of calcium oxide and water. The strengths of this reaction is that both of the reactants are cheap and easy to obtain, especially the water. Since victims are in the sea, so they can easily get the water, and also it can help to keep the jacket's weight lower and lighten the load of flights and cruises.
