Technical Director

Oversee all tech elements of live Dia De Los Muertos event in both an indoor and outdoor venue at the same time

-scheduling staff to run both the indoor and outdoor spaces

-overseeing turning our parking lot into a graveyard with a stage with lights and speakers

-ensuring equipment is set up properly

-communicating with coordinator to ensure everybody has proper understanding of order of events for the night so people will be in the right place at the right time

-train staff to run equipment

-rent generator and oversee setup of outdoor lighting and power for vendor booths

-communicate with musical acts to ensure we could provide what they needed to succeed

-rig projector and arrange set up live Instagram feed for our hashtag

Result:

-successful evening with over 3000 people attending and over 14 artists performing
