The project called “Elements”, designed by Design by Maria Karam, used typefaces Battling, created by Matthieu Cortat, and Clifton, created by Yoann Minet. “Elements is the result of curiosity, of stimulation, of two intertwined disciplines. Design and cooking fuse together in order to express a sole object that will enhance the communication of technical pastry knowledge while it incites the creativity of the reader. This auto publication, by the pasty chef Elements x Andrea Dopico Cafarelli, contains sixty-four (64) foolproof recipes and the creative elements for the preparation of plated desserts.”
