Visual Identity for OceanWise,
a project from Directorate-General for Natural Resources, Security and Maritime Services / Marine Environment and Sustainability Department. OceanWise aims to jointly develop a set of longterm measures to reduce the impact of expanded polystyrene products - EPS, in the North-East Atlantic ocean.
The symbol is inspired by the movement of the oceans, sustainability and circular economy. With a positive, strong and accurate typography.
The Visual Identity is also formed by a resourceful visual graphic universe. Symbolic elements from the ocean (lines) and from the EPS (round shapes) blend in a graphic construction which can be adapted according to technical support or format.
