POSTERS, TRADE DISPLAYS, & FLYERS

Designed in Illustrator, the Knifefish system and the undersea mines were drawn and texturized in Illustrator to give the mines an antiquated look. The poster was used at the Gaylor Resort for a Government wide conference. The Knifefish was newly designed and unveiled at the conference.  The poster was well received.
Trade display created using Photoshop and Illustrator. The client requested a display that was light and mobile but that would have a graphic image outlining the program's systems and have some depth since the systems are primarily used undersea. I used elements marking range and employed the use of day and night elements to give the design a sense of transition. The display was taken to conferences f rom Boston to California.
Fact Sheets (8.5x11) conceptualized the FS template and the overall look.  Created from basic text, imported images to match the subject matter. Completed layout and forwarded to client for review. Well received.
The posters were created n Photoshop to encourage staff to participate in CFC donations. The posters solicited funds that helped the PEO to reach beyond their financial goal.
A Save-the-Date flyer was created in Photoshop to encourage military and non-military to participate in the PEO LCS Technology Day. Over 400 participates attended. To remain consistent, the background was used for every stage of the event in all designs.
This was a poster done in Illustrator to tell a story of how we as man control animals to the point where they no longer are who they were created to be. No words were needed. This was sent to the Smithsonian to use as part of their "Let the Animals Live" campaign. A filter was added to create a mysterious but vivid look.
Lobby Poster designed in Illustrator to welcome higher echelon visitors for a conference.  Created outlines for text and printed on a large HP plotter and mounted on foam core.
This flyer was done in Photoshop and then imported into InDesign to be used as an invitation to Charles County residents to support our veterans. The grunge bckground was created by added a dark ayer below the gold layer and using a brush to get to grunge effect.
Flyers for church event was done in Photoshop. The goal was to catch the eye of students passing by the auditorium, therefore colors and fonts along with imagery was very important. The campaign was successful. 450 students attended the event.  Most had a flyer in their hand. I added filters to the test to make the text pop from the page. I created outlines so that the fonts would not lose their integrity.  Excitement was the goal. client chose the first draft.
