The Barnes & Thornburg ad campaign takes detailed and semi-macro photographs of everyday objects, isolates them on a black background and combines it with witty copywriting. The ads make use of both stock imagery as well as custom shot photos, this is usually determined by the deadline for each ad.

I was also fortunate to shoot the "Gain Control" Ad myself in our in-house photo studio.
