The Rich Working Class

The working class may be rich - in health- than most people may realise. They have just enough for their meals and so they mostly purchase exactly what they need to fill their tummies. In most cases they don't have the luxury of purchasing fast foods or unhealthy snacks. Whereas the middle & upper class have more options, they often go for the unhealthy ones and they live a more sedentary lifestyle.

The Working class tend to eat more healthy meals and tend to be more active based on the jobs they have. While the working class may have certain deficiencies because of lacking some nutrients, the upper classes of society may be more deficient than the working class population.
