As one of my projects this semester at CUNY Queens College, I chose to rebrand the identity of SoHo, New York City. SoHo, short for South of Houston, is a magical area of NYC because of its cobblestone streets, bright cast iron buildings and notorious shopping. I chose to create a graphic from the grid/ map of Soho below and I used it along with whimsical, bright color affects to give over this magical effect SoHo has on its visitors. SoHo is also famous for being the center for artists with its artist's lofts and amazing graffiti street art. I chose this symbol/logo to represent the street art and sticker art that is found practically on every street corner in SoHo. Enjoy!
