HONEY FESTIVAL
The festival was organized in a small village of Velky Hores in an effort to preserve and encourage continuous development of the local culture. As the village is situated close to Slovak-Hungarian border occupied by both nationalities, the material was made bilingual. The basic symbols of beekeeping – hive, honey, bee and the words of the promotional material are combined into a calligram. This approach also allows for play with space, color and typography.
