Sculptopia
Rapid 3D Prototyping
These sample images were created using Pixologic's acquired beta software, Sculptris. A micro version of Zbrush.
Establishment of low-poly production pipeline for converting triangles to quads, optimizing UV mapping, rigging skeletons, and prepping for animation or game engine implementation with high resolution texture baking.

The main purpose is to provide rapid conceptualization and a means to create high resolution; normal, specular, displacement, transparency, and luminosity mapping. All of which can be applied onto low poly characters with optimized UVs for online and hardware-friendly platforms.

Chasmo - Without detailed bump mapping.
Chasmo - High resolution mesh. The bright spots are dense clusters of polygons. (827,822 tris)
Chasmosaurus lowpoly - reduced mesh (8,872 tris)
Chasmosaurus lowpoly - flat shader applied
Chernobi - Playing with Cel Shading Material / Nuclear Effect
Chernobi Lowpoly - Reduced mesh (1,340 tris)
The Idol - First test with Sculptris software. Mesoamerican ocarina type of ornament.
The Idol - No mesh optimization (108,234 tris)
