A seasoned logistics and finance senior executive, Chris Jamroz serves as CEO of St. George (STG) Logistics Holdings and executive chairman of STG Logistics, the largest independent container freight station network in North America. Chris Jamroz is also involved in various charitable undertakings and offers dedicated support to the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), serving on its board of trustees from 2010 to 2016 and being appointed to its board of governors in 2017.
A private sector board that is federally incorporated, ROM’s board of governors is responsible for the museum’s long-term financial health and stability. In June 2017 ROM announced that it had received a $1 million donation from Mr. Jamroz and his wife Kasia.
The donation will provide continuing support for various initiatives including public programs, exhibition, and research, helping ROM further its vision and objectives. ROM is the largest museum in Canada and one of the most prominent in North America. It houses more than 30 galleries displaying natural science, art, and archaeology artifacts.
