The Project:

2 platform strategy -- Facebook and Instagram

Overview:Created and executed a social media campaign to increase awareness of the Mister Sweet brand and their products. The campaign encouraged fans to pick from a selection of Christmas hampers and tag a person who they would share the product with, including a short story of their best memory with that person. The campaign was targeted on creating awareness to local South African audience through strategic content, social networking, and social media marketing.

- Developed strategic and creative social media content and posting schedule focused on driving key Mister Sweet messaging
- Developed user-generated marketing strategy to introduce Mister Sweet to new fans outside of current customer base
- Organized custom photoshoot, graphics and gifs to introduce Mister Sweet products in a new and exciting way 
- Developed Facebook advertising campaign to expand reach and further brand awareness efforts
- Actively monitored social media accounts for brand engagement, conversation, and mentions around Mister Sweet as well as hashtags for the campaign
- Developed user-generated content strategy focused on monitoring mentions of brand, connecting and sharing consumer engagement as well as rewarding the best user-generated content
