I led design for Best Defense eCommerce website focus on growth, conversion and user experience. Throughout this time, I ran multiple experiments to learn how I can provide new and existing users with a better purchasing experience. The goal was to help clients to find the best product fit for their needs, and create a loyalty program to increase client return rate, retention and revenue.
