Incredible Technologies - Fix Asset Tracking Mismatch

Often times, because assets were used across multiple games, asset paths did not have the same root project name, which caused our build process to fail.

This script checked that the asset paths were consistent with one other while clearing the Render Output and the Slate and Compact Material Editors.

If there are asset paths that don't share the same root project name the user was given the opportunity to address the issue. Only built-in assets as displayed by the Asset Tracking System (SHIFT + T) within MAX were supported. This MAXScript automatically ran in the background and triggered upon a scene save.
