With a unique dualgrip handle for fine mincing to heavy cutting, Symbios is a design proposal for a high performance kitchen knife. Three variations of the manufacturing was presented at the 1994 Sakai Cutlery International Design Competition.
3 variations - Carbon-steel blade with cast-metal handle, injection-molded plastic handle, and in all ceramics.
