Watercolor Timelapse
I think it could be funny to mix the author with his famous character using watercolor technique. I've search for some references of japanese painting sumi style to mix with my own way to paint to get a soft result. Stan Sakai (坂井 雅彦 Sakai Masahiko, born May 25, 1953 in Kyoto, Japan) is a Japanese-American cartoonist and comic book creator.[3] He is best known as the creator of the comic series Usagi Yojimbo. Usagi Yojimbo (兎用心棒 Usagi Yōjinbō, "rabbit bodyguard") is a comic book series created by Stan Sakai. It is set primarily at the beginning of the Edo period of Japanese history and features anthropomorphic animals replacing humans. The main character is a rabbit rōnin, Miyamoto Usagi, whom Sakai based partially on the famous swordsman Miyamoto Musashi.[3] Usagi wanders the land on a musha shugyō (warrior's pilgrimage), occasionally selling his services as a bodyguard.
