Brief

Transforming Age was looking for an architecture firm that could combine modern and high-end luxury living with the needs of senior citizens for a second high rise across the street from their current Skyline facility in Seattle, WA. In this extensive 115 page proposal, vellum was used for each section divider to give both tactile queue while flipping through pages, but also denote a sense of airy luxury. To mimic the proposed building shape and skybridge, images were cropped in angles and overlapped. This proposal won unanimous approval by the Transforming Age board, and was the only winning proposal in the first quarter of 2017 at AMA.
