Peranakan Secret Treasures
In this museum, passengers will discover the beauty of intricate designs of Peranakans glass beadwork and embroidery. Glass beadwork and embroidery were once widely used by the Peranakans, now they are kept as heirlooms or gifts that has been passed down from generation to generation. Walk through and discover the beautiful treasures that has been hidden as a secret all these while.
Design Issue:
There has been an increase of passengers coming over to Singapore Changi Airport. The first impression always count. Hence when flights get delayed or when passengers get bored in the departure area, we need to find a way to entertain and calm them.
Design Solution:
To design a pop up museum in the departure area at Changi Airport Terminal 4 as a mean to calm and entertain the passengers. To also let them know of the cultures in Singapore.
