A transformative journey in enhancing the digital experience for Rush University Medical Group (RUMG). As a multidisciplinary powerhouse comprising approximately 1,500 providers, clinical staff, and administrators, RUMG is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge medical care with a deep commitment to compassion, patient-centered care, education, and research.

When presented with the challenge of redesigning the RUMG intranet, the primary objective was clear—to infuse a professional aesthetic into the existing framework powered by Microsoft SharePoint. The aim was not just visual refinement, but also to enhance the organization of information, ensuring seamless navigation for the diverse community within RUMG.

Employing a blend of UX, UI, and visual design, I embarked with developers and doctors on the mission to elevate the user experience within the Microsoft SharePoint environment. Our focus extended beyond a mere facelift; it involved creating an intuitive digital hub where approximately 700 providers and 70+ practice sites could seamlessly access critical information. We meticulously reorganized the intranet, ensuring that information flowed logically, and the interface exuded professionalism.

As RUMG and Rush University embark on a journey of excellence, the delivered work stands proudly as a crucial part of this transformative initiative.
