The Pelican 7070R Flashlight is a technology forward, feature packed flashlight that was tailored specifically for the challenges that face today’s law enforcement and first responders. This includes a Bluetooth™ connected app for easily customizing lighting modes and performance, a wireless charging dock that keeps the flashlight always ready for duty, and a physical form that was crafted specifically for the demands of the job.
Wireless Charging
A Wireless Charging dock doubles as a quick release mounting cradle. This ensures the flashlight is charging without lining up rechargeable contacts. The charging dock can be powered by USB or AC current when installed in a car interior, on a desk, or wall. The car mount is particularly important, as it can hold the flashlight secure in the case of an impact. Finally, wireless charging eliminates a possible point of water ingress.
Form Language
A physical form that was designed specifically for law enforcement and first responders. This includes an asymmetrical grip that helps orient the user’s hand in the dark, dual switches that work with a variety of tactical and basic duty tasks, and switch guards that prevent accidental triggering of the light.
Bluetooth™ Connectivity and Performance Control
Its innovative and intuitive app pairs with the flashlight to offer users an easy way to personalize their flashlight’s performance output to prolong battery life, and to fit the situation (from investigating a crime scene to clearing a room).
