It was an interesting problem for me...
Our Client already had some foundation with a spacious basement on the site. Unfortunately, He understood that it was too big. The Person didn’t want to heat so large space. Besides, Client didn’t want to demolish existent constructions. Hence, we were asked to find out solution and create new architecture.
We suggested to use the part of the fundation for the car shed and the terrace. On the other hand we proposed to create a small yard on the basement level to reduce heated space.
In same time, we cteated the attractive appearance according to Client’s taste.
