It's the hot summer of 1972, NASA will stop its manned flights to the Moon.

On the eighth floor of a tower block on the outskirts of a provincial town in the Netherlands the 60s have finally broken through. Change is in the air and becomes concrete when a new resident, the artist Loes, comes to live at the gallery.
