You know this is that time of year when we’re all really racing to the finish line. I always say that between now and christmas time, everything moves fast forward and we’re trying to get meals done. My big advice is don’t be overly ambitious. Try to do things ahead of time, so you’re not so stressed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. Today’s recipe we’re going to work on is my Christmas morning French Toast Casserole. This is everything you love about French toast. I know it’s so good it’s stupid but I will tell you this is really incredible because everything you love about French toast but you make it the night before and instead of heavy cream, I use eggnog. The warm aroma will fill your home when you bake this delicious brunch recipe. I’ve sent detailed instructions (How-to video) to your phone.

You want to begin with a shallow roasting pan. Now what I like to do is drizzle just a little bit of canola oil in the bottom. You can also use a nonstick cooking spray. Now, because your ribs are already pre-seasoned and pre-netted. Just take your prime rib roast and get it right into the pan. It’s important to know that this needs to cook in a 375 oven, so make sure you preheat your oven. You are going to cook this only about 20 minutes per pound.
