Like water lilies my love blossomed, the love that the river of time brought, again and again you, repeated in other faces, in other gestures. Remember that rainy afternoon, when I met you and you hugged me so the rain would not touch me. Remember that night you got into my bed because it was too late for you to leave. Remember how your mouth did not stop, remember you were talking to me alot, how much you cried. Remember when I told you that we would paint our body in full blue while walking like Hindu gods illuminated by the street of Madero. Always remember our meeting, do not forget that once, for a short time, I was your love that summer.

"The drawings that I feel most proud of are those that speak of a period of my life, a direct reference to something that happened to me, what I feel or think about. It is possible that these drawings are not the most beautiful but certainly for me are the truest.
What I want to do in @ninacelestemx is to work with my most beloved drawings, to work from the heart, from the emotion, to connect with my feminine side and to create images that speak of what I feel, of what I believe. Sharing that with other people makes me feel connected, complete and accompanied, and that, for a loner like me, means everything "

Como los nenúfares mi amor floreció, el amor que el río del tiempo trajo. Una y otra vez tú, repitiéndote en otras caras, en otros gestos. Acuérdate de esa tarde lluviosa, cuando te conocí y me abrazaste para que la lluvia no me tocara. Acuérdate de esa noche que te metiste a mi cama porque era muy tarde para que te marcharas. Acuérdate de como no te paraba la boca, de cuanto hablabas, de cuanto llorabas. Acuérdate de cuando te dije que nos pintaríamos el cuerpo de azul mientras caminaríamos como dioses hindúes iluminados por la calle de madero. Recuerda siempre nuestro encuentro, no olvides que una vez, por breve tiempo, yo fuí tu amor ese verano.

"Los dibujos de los que me siento más orgullosa son aquellos que hablan de una etapa de mi vida, una referencia directa a algo que me sucedió, que siento o que pienso. Es posible que esos dibujos no sean los más bellos pero sin duda para mi son los más verdaderos.

Lo que quiero hacer en @ninacelestemx es trabajar con mis dibujos más queridos, trabajar desde el corazón, desde la emoción, conectar con mi lado femenino y crear imágenes que hablen de lo que siento, de lo que creo. Compartir eso con otras personas me hace sentir conectada, completa y acompañada, y eso, para una solitaria como yo, significa todo"
