We worked on the Illustration & Animation for Flagship Groups 'Understand & Improve' Campaign in 2018. The campaign encouraged staff to review and improve their working practices.
Initially we created static illustrations for the booklet, designing various scenarios to be used throughout. The creative developed by Design by Ark was based around evolution, using a caveman and modern sidekicks to illustrate the idea of 'Understand & Improve'.

The illustrations we created were used across the booklet. After this was published we were then commissioned to work on a further animation for a short film to be presented at a training event in early 2018.
We were heavily involved from the early stages of the animation, working on the development of the script and sketching storyboards. We then developed the style-frames and bought these frames to life with animation.
