The main theme of the derStandard Wirtschaft & Recht Journal issue is the working time flexibilization. The flexibility of working time desired by the Austrian Government is a major challenge for the social partners. It is about meaningful solutions in the midst of clear differences in interests. On the cover illustration I have drawn a several irregularly shaped watches that complement each other.
