Kimono X Samurai Armor
Fall 2012
This collection is a combination of strength and femininity . The inspiration is form the
1960's Japaneses kimono and the samurai armor. The femininity from the Japanese female
traditional costume and the strength and the powerful image from the samurai armor.
Combining two opposites into one to create a image of women who has strong appearance but
that actually is a shell to protect themselves, deep inside of them are actually like normal girls
who wants to be take care of and loved.
