this book was bound with a hand made hardbound cover.  the cover was created printing a black and white photo, and then printing color and text on vellum as a sort of sleeve, to highlight the architect's use of color during a period where most others used black and white.

the right page of this spread was cut along the black curve, to highlight the architect's emphasis on cutting off corners and using swooping lines.

the left page of this spread was cut along the black curve, to highlight the architect's emphasis on cutting off corners and using swooping lines.

this was a fold out. the left page of this spread connected to the previous page's quote, and the right page of this spread was the back that connected to the bibliography.  these were also cut along the curve.
