UNIT OF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY - Hospital Center of University of Coimbra
In December 2017 i was invited to create the logo for this clinical unit by a friend. I was so honored to do an important logo for a national hospital, it was a big deal to me. I wanted to make a simple, yet complex and different logo, and an easy and clear logo, here i present some sketches, the logo and all the meaning that it representes.

the meaning of each symbol of the logo,
the brain: logic, thinking;
the face: facial expressions or lack of it, emotions, personality;
the tree: wisdom, journey, connections;
the Psi: greek alphabet letter and symbol of psicology
the color orange: the color of Psychology (in Portugal)

Unit of Genital-Urinary and Sexual Reconstruction
In October November 2017 i was also invited to design the logo for the very first Unit of Genital-Urinary and Sexual Reconstruction in Portugal, thai is in Hospital Center of University of Coimbra. Being a pioneering unit I was very enthusiastic with this project, is very important and is the only place with a unit like this in this country. As this subject is very sensitive i wanted to do a logo more abstract, and elegant, i opt to do a circle and a line, to represent, both feminine and masculine, but at same time the bladder, and the shape of the circle is unfinished and suggest movement, like a reconstruction, it representes all this in a very symbolic image, i used the same colors and font as the Hospital logo uses so it can be identified as as unit of it.
I Symposium About Transsexuality and Gender Dysphoria
And all started with this project, all communication to the first symposium about transsexuality and gender dysphoria. I design the poster, the flyer and thanks certificate.
