A board game I designed and illustrated for Spel op Maat and Stichting Jeugd Nu to stimulate conversation and knowledge about the rights of children (age 6 to 11/12). The core of the game are 4 different kinds of questions. Bleu questions test knowledge, green questions ask an opinion, red questions give a dillemma and yellow qeustions are personal questions. There are no wrong answers.

It was very important and very difficult to strike the right tone; not only to communicate what the rights of children are, but which duties come with does rights. For instance the right to choose your own religion comes with the duty to respect other peoples choice... The game consists of 80 question cards and 20 gray goal cards to collect points and to move over the game board (which is the Dutch city Rotterdam, well parts of it anyway).
