As an interactive element of the Preface exhibition, the Preface publication was created as a part of the exhibition that the attendees could keep for themselves. The publication can be constructed with the content in any order that the recipient chooses, the content after being collated is secured with a cover and a rubber band to act as the binding. Brightly coloured paper was used to create a ‘rainbow creep’ along the edge of the publication. Each member of -ness contributed two spreads to the publication: one poster, one set of instructions that explained either using visual or written content, some part of their work and their contact details.
