The rise of the coalition household



During my recruitment process for Graphic Digital Agency, I was asked to do an exercise for the second interview.
The briefing consisted of wireframe for an infographic on ‘Coalition Households’ - houses where residents, friends, family members all have different political allegiances and vote in different ways. It was entirely up to the designer to work on the visualisations of the data which came from a survey carried out before the last General Election.
There were no visual guidelines set out for infographics for this client., except for the consideration that their brand colours are a bright yellow (255,242,0) against black, and the standard font is Open Sans, as well as, the intended audience was the media and through them the general public.
