For an assignment from school I had to make a book with 64 different shape variations: these are my designs

I had chosen a book, with albums about rock music.
See page 64 on the right.
On this page the word HUEY really appealed to me.

I immediately started sketching this word in my own style.
That is a lot of black and white detailed busy pen drawings.
As I was designing, new ideas were constantly appearing.
Which gave me more and more pleasure in the assignment and it went better and better.

I thought it was a very nice / challenging assignment, in which I could develop my style and put my imagination into it.
In the end I am also quite happy with the end result.
