The Flipside is a resume, but not an ordinary one.
I’ve always been a knick-knack collector, and as a child I used to rummage through old toys my grandmother collected. One day I came across a Zoetrope, and since then I've been fascinated by primitive animation. Because of this, I decided to create an animating flip book resume.
There are two sides to each flip book. Side 1 shows a little about me and my interests. Side 2 illustrates my education and skills. Each cover has an ambigram to reinforce the idea of two sides to each book.
I wanted to show my personality at the same time as talking about my skills as a designer, and have a little fun with imagery around this project at the same time.
