A reportage about Afghan Refugees in Rome.
As refugees they should have some guarantee from the state. As u can see they had not.
They live like a homeless, behind Piramide Train Station in Rome, surviving just thanks to charity.
No one in their country knows they are living in those conditions. They did not tell them.
They still have a too strong dignity to do it.
For the same reason, it has been very hard to take a photos of them. I have been allowed to click just after I gained their confidece, spending with them several afternoons chatting in their tents.
