Problem: Volkswagen's customers have to use remember credentials to access multiple Volkswagen digital products.

Solution: A single sign on service that makes it easy to log into any Volkswagen product.

My Role: I mainly worked on account user experience, and the technical documentation that was written for Volkswagen developers. They needed an easy way to access guides, references, and code samples. As well as understanding the broader access token concept used for authentication.
