Karen and Mark have run the Railway Row Veterinary Clinic since 1986. They both graduated from the same university, fell in love and did what any crazy couple would think about doing by opening a business together. They're a landmark of their community and they both struggle to walk down the street without stopping and talking to one friend or another. 

Railway Row needed to update their branding. Their identity needed to be approachable and friendly, but also exude professionalism and security. We drew inspiration from the name and the clinic's proximity to the railway line to develop a logo that reflects it's environment as well as the animals that the team are constantly caring for. And we gently reminded the long-time clients and new-comers alike that the business has been around for a long time.

The colour palette and tone of voice are calming and friendly and allow the team to express themselves in a playful way; breaking down the barriers that can be ever-present in professional relationships and ultimately deepening their connection and trust with the people of their community.
