Problem: Millennials are not buying motorcycles as much as the earlier generations did. Harley and their digital innovation team game to us at Pivotal with one goal: "Get more butts on bikes".
Solution: After a lengthy research phase where we talked to numerous kinds of motorcycle riders, we narrowed the product toward solving what we found to be the biggest problem - finding a nice ride to go on.
My Role: I worked with 2 other designers, alongside a mixed team of iOS developers, a product owner and product manager, as well as 3 stakeholders.
