My Health Memory is an award-winning mobile app built for The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network by Oneview Healthcare. The purpose of the app is to give current outpatients of the hospital timely information about their appointments - what to bring, the ability to reschedule, reminders - to improve attendance and outcomes. My Health Memory is actually two app - a native iOS and a native Android version. Each interfaces with the hospital's electronic medical records. Other features for patients are being developed in collaboration with the hospital.

My role in this project is UX/UI Designer: UX flows, wireframing, prototyping and icon design to asset production and UI specs for the developers.
