Columbia Builders is a well-established Maryland home builder that needed to expand its reach regionally while evolving its product line to offer luxury homes to higher income customers. That required new internal and external branding.
The estate homes community, for which I designed this brochure, is situated on the edge of a nature preserve with a natural stream cascading through it.
For each new community I designed a sales and selection center within the model. Here, next to the multi-panel lifestyle graphic showing the renderings, I designed a custom table housing a four panel pyramid displaying the site plan and other community information.
I drafted the display table and had it custom built by cabinet makers.
In a town home community the sales and selection center is smaller, but I didn't want it to be any less elegant. Here, the site plan is anchored to the wall, flanked by renderings and floor plan options.
