Based in San Diego, California, Pinnacle Hotels USA president and chief executive officer Bharat Lall is responsible for managing several hotel chains throughout California and Texas. Outside of his work, Bharat Lall supports the efforts of the San Diego Indian American Society (SDIAS).
SDIAS has been working for more than three decades to further awareness of Indian-American issues and provide a pathway for Indian students to get the financial help they need to succeed in post-secondary education. The organization was founded by Professor M. C. “Madhu” Madhavan in 1984.
SDIAS participates in numerous service projects in the San Diego area, including the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Scholarship, which helps provide a college education to Indian students in San Diego who otherwise wouldn’t have the financial resources to attend college.
