Sunpower CRM (2016)

Problem: Sunpower sales associates were having difficulty managing their customer leads. Sunpower sells complete solar energy systems for various types of public consumers.

Solution: The first step was understanding the problem space by talking to Sunpower sales associates. We then focused on designing a typical scenario first, and built them a UI framework to help them improve their existing salesforce CRM over time.

My Role: I paired with another Pivotal product designer, alongside a Pivotal product managers and a Sunpower product manager. Most the work I contributed resulting in framing this first customer information collection flow (below) as the first group of work to focus on first.
